My Nephew to his Mom: (Age 4)

Bruce, tonight at dinner: "GET ME SOME MORE MILK!"

Me: "Bruce Arthur, what in the world? We have manners!"

Bruce, smiling: "Mommy, that was imperative."

Me: "Oh! Umm, yes, you're right. Please say it in a more interrogative way?"

Bruce: " Please may I have some more milk? "

Phew. This kid keeps me on my toes every single day.

Ok, so I know I should not have laughed BUT when Avery walked out the back door of the church, the sun was bright and so he closed his eyes....AND kept walking, YEP! He walked right into the Modular Wall. It REALLY should have been on candid camera. He just kept walking and bang, right into the wall and fell over. It wasn't hard and I started giggling and then laughing and well he couldn't cry for long with mommy laughing the ways she was... he had to smile too! The people around must have thought that I got in a laughing spell at church cause I could NOT stop laughing. Poor bubbies, your mommy is mean but she loves you!
